Tax Services

Offering a Full Range of Services to Best Serve Our Clients

Income tax compliance and audits of tax returns by various regulatory agencies are some of the most common and sensitive areas of our practice. The net tax calculation under both these services is probably a significant portion of your necessary "living" expenses. We are experienced in the areas of partnerships, corporations, trusts, estates and individual taxes. In addition, we prepare federal and state payroll reports, and sales and property tax statements. Whatever type of tax, our job is to figure the correct amount, according to the applicable statute, and help you minimize the tax to the extent allowed by law. We routinely receive continuing education regarding various state and federal tax issues and changes in the tax laws. Our tax library is extensive, so that any proposed or consummated transaction may be scrutinized for its federal and/or state implications.
