Carol Sokolow graduated from the University of Florida in 1975 with a BBA in accounting and began working in public accounting in 1976. She is also a certified valuation analyst and a certified family mediator.

Carol's areas of interest include audits, forensic accounting, business valuations, and divorce and other litigation support consultations. She is a member of the American Institute of CPAs, and of the National Association of Certified Valuation Analysts. 

In her free time, Carol enjoys spending time with her husband and two children.


Jerry I. Sokolow, CPA

Jerry Sokolow graduated from the University of Florida with a BA in accounting. He is a certified fraud examiner and certified valuation analyst. Jerry is a member of the AICPA and has served on their Ethics and Accounting Standards committees.

Jerry's expertise is in forensic accounting, specializing in litigation support, accounting investigations and expert testimony.

Insurance companies, independent adjusters, law firms, utility companies and the U.S. government have retained Jerry.

In his free time, Jerry enjoys boating with his wife and family.
